Great overall experience - even when things arenít going smoothly

I love that it's intuitive to use. Customer service is great too! The customer support team really goes above and beyond to help you with any issues or questions. It can be pricey but if your business model fits well into their pricing structure then there are definitely benefits in using this software over other options available out there. I wish they expanded more options where certain types of businesses could fit better into their product line. For example we couldn't see ourselves being…

Great solution to assist managing various customer accounts

The system has been very effective in helping us manage our business with many different clients (we have over 30). It makes it much easier than using spreadsheets or excel files that we used previously! We are still learning how best utilize this software but I would say you should give them time before making your final decision about which one will be right fit for yoour organization/needs as each program offers multiple options regarding reporting tools etc., so make sure there's enough…
