Good hook with poor protective coating

The hook itself is fine but the plastic coating comes off very easily and I had to tape it off to avoid scratching the wheels.

Much needed special hook for fat tire bikes

Enough space for your 4" fat tire bikes. Very easy to install. The hook was very secure once I installed it. I have three bikes with me fat tires hanging from three hooks.

Great hooks for fat bikes, but the blue coating wears off quickly.

These hooks are great for hanging fat bikes, they are strong and good looking. For reference I have a Salsa Beargrease with 27.5x4 hoops and the hook is wide enough. My wife's Salsa Mukluk with 26 x 4.6 tires hangs on one of them with no problem. My only gripe is that after hanging/hanging my fat bike, which weighs 38lbs with frame bags, rack and panniers, about 8 times, the blue rubber coating on the hook started peeling off so I had to wrap duct tape around it to keep it off scratched discs…
