Bought these as a replacement switch for a battery powered flashlight. They worked well and the schematic on the side of the switch was easy to read and useful. The red LED at the end of the switch will illuminate when the switch is in the "on" position. I would buy them again.

Used these to replace two fully lighted switches that were too bright and annoying in my car. They have a discreet light right at the tip of the switch. This is the perfect spot for the indicator light as it doesn't distract but lets you know when the switch is on.

They look like great switches, they look exactly like the ones I usually pay $13 a piece for at parts stores. Haven't tested them yet, just installed seven of them yesterday. Oh don't get confused by the plastic toggle switch review, I've installed over 60 of these same switches on plow trucks, I've only ever had two actual switches that broke after a lot of use and no doubt the driver hit it with something and broke it.

I have LED fog lights installed on my Accord and although I have wired them to turn on with the running lights I still need a kill switch just in case . I was concerned that the LED in this switch would be insanely bright, but it really isn't, it's just bright enough for you to know it's on. Of course I installed it on top of the dash under the dash so even if it was too bright I wouldn't notice it, but I would conveniently install another one on my truck's dash without worrying about it blinds

I got tired of replacing plastic "marine" switches on the body that broke or failed every few years. So I decided to try them since they have a metal body. Note that they are only IP40 rated, making them unsuitable for exposure to the elements or water. However, I used sealant around the case to make it "waterproof" and slipped a rubber boot over the toggle switch to keep rain or spray from getting in. This seems to protect the switch well and it will be interesting to see how long it lasts on…

The switches work like any other toggle switch. On the other hand, the indicator lights do not work well. I connected 4 switches to my boat's console to power the headlights and the aerator pump. The switches turn on and off normally but the red light is dim or not working at all on all 4 switches.
