The choice wasn't what I was hoping for. Few stones, only 1 of them, then as you can see from the photos there were a lot of rose quartz, at least 60. The stones are still nice but not what I expected. They arrived very quickly although it was great.

I bought this item for both fun and learning. This is a large selection of small stones. My 6 year old daughter is fascinated by the book in the collection and I have included a photo of her reading the book while walking yesterday. I am very disappointed in this purchase. I ordered a 1 pound bag of crystals and trusted the listing and the fact that it says an average of 3/4". On average 3/4" means it will be less but also more. Well there were a few more. I counted the crystals and there were 157 stones in my 1 pound bag. Of those, only 10 were 3/4" or larger. The rest were 1/2" or even smaller. My mix arrived in a partially opened ziplock plastic bag inside a bubble envelope. I immediately noticed the stones were covered in dust/dirt. The bag was almost opaque with dirt/dust. There should not be so much dust on polished and polished stones. I found that many of these polished/tumbled stones had multiple dents. A few tiny ones were broken (to be expected).
