I wished for this tie clip. I hate spending good money on ties only to poke holes in them with tie clips and the tie clips are kind of clumsy. They keep ties tight and smooth. Double chains give the tie a classic look. So far they have held their finish!

These tie chains look nice and I really like the double chain. But they are poorly made. I have only worn gold about 10 times but the color is not the same. It appears to have been gold plated and the plating is peeling, tarnishing or changing. So now the chain has some gold spots and some dark bronze spots. Now it's useless, I can't wear it anymore. There's a second problem: like many cheaper tie chains, the backing that goes over the button is too thin and won't stay on the button as I move…

I like to wear a plain tie and a plain shirt in the same color. Adding a double chain dilutes the monochromatic color and makes the look more sophisticated. The woman said it was very sexy.

I only gave this product 2 stars because it ticks the bill but it's smaller than your average tie chain set, surprisingly it is Button strips a little less. thicker than I expected and I expect it won't bend that easily, but the double chains are thinner than normal and look a bit skimpy for my liking. The placket wobbles, probably because the chains are so thin that the front bottom buttonhole doesn't have enough weight to keep it flat and look elegant as it should, so I'll be returning them.

The box it comes in is amazing! Chains are what you pay for, they are great especially for embellishing your plain tie. Well packaged and arrived on time, the box you give to the person is very nice and I will use it for other gifts. Would definitely buy from seller again. Well, if you're looking for an upscale or executive look, this web isn't for you. But at 12.99 this is a great buy in silver and gold.
