The decorative trim had come off in parts and appeared like it had only been held into place with thumbtacks

This item arrived packed in a box and wrapped in plastic. Under the plastic the box was wet. There was some damage to the item due to moisture but also there was damage due to it appearing to be poorly made. The decorative trim had come off in parts and appeared like it had only been held into place with thumbtacks. The top was warped and would not close properly.
