Installation was easy and hassle free. I would recommend watching some YouTube videos to help with the installation. Also check all functions before mounting the front panel. Overall, it looks like a professional result

The customer service for this product is terrible. Since the beginning of the year when I bought it, I've had problems like "built-in wifi" is NOT working. Apple Play fails to connect from time to time and it's only been with the screen for a couple of months and there seems to be dust in the screen. Terrible product

This was the easiest radio installation I've ever done. No splicing, no cutting. Just plug it in and you're good to go. I have a 2019 Honda Civic Sport Hatchback and this radio fits like a glove and looks great. My only problem is that the screen goes dark when the right turn signal is on. CarPlay works perfectly and I didn't have to buy a cable. I absolutely love this radio. Even with the screen off, I still give it 5 stars.

It is very likely that your device will not even last 2 years. A year later, mine began to get very buggy: system applications crashed, the device can randomly be reset to the factory settings (erase everything). I updated to the latest MSU in June 2021, updated Android - the problem was not solved. EDIT: Got a replacement a few hours after contacting support. The new unit performed much better than I expected from a $600 main unit. I haven't had any issues at all, except that sometimes when I start the car the bluetooth won't connect to my phone, but a restart fixes that, so not too bad. The device was only used for a few days and I had to perform a factory reset every day. This is after the system told me it can't boot Android (it takes 10 minutes to get to this point). It currently…
