The best way to install it is to put it on the dashboard and let it 'rest' for a while, preferably in the sun. This will remove any creases or creases and allow it to lie flat. Then stick on the Velcro.

This is a great dashboard mat for the 2018 RAM 1500 cockpit - fits all the vents and gauges. 1 star deducted due to missing protective film. Luckily I had some of the other projects on hand.

The carpet is very thin, not quite suitable for Dodge Ram. The mat partially covers the dashboard speaker and air vents. The ends of the mat are curled up and do not lie flat. Three tiny Velcro straps are not enough to attach a large mat to the dashboard.

I wanted to protect my dashboard from the hot Florida sun and bought it from DashMat. This works great, but I didn't use the tape that came with it. I found it stays in place well. Great product, reasonable price and fast delivery.

Do not buy this for Dodge Ram 1500 4th Gen (09-18) as it fits horribly. The dashboard of these trucks has too many indentations and curves to look decent. Not to mention the included Velcro which doesn't stick very well to the dashboard. Generally save.

Not custom made for 2016 RAM Truck. Speaker and defrost vents blocked. Also "hooked" at the leading edge and wasn't flush. Returned immediately. The quality looked good and the delivery was fast. This review is ONLY for my car. It could be good if it was adjusted well or for a different vehicle. The return was painless.

I was satisfied with the product. I attached the mat to the dashboard and fixed it in several places. I then laid 4 large bath towels lengthwise on the dash, folded them in thirds, swept them across the carpet and left them overnight. The next day I removed the towels and found that the carpet matched the shape of the dashboard perfectly. Very happy with the result!

This dashboard cover fits my truck very well. It was supposed to come with some velcro straps but there weren't any. Didn't take the time to get a little velcro and attach it properly, but it stays in place well. I would recommend this dash cover to anyone who thinks they want one for their truck. The fit is really good and doesn't interfere with the car headlight dome or the dashboard vents.

Liability Not included. There was no alcohol cleaning paper or wipes to clean the dashboard. I had a bottle I previously bought at the Dollar General Store for a dollar to clean before trying to glue the mat. Properly attach the dashmat to the surface. I bought a heavy duty 3/4 inch velcro that allowed me to attach the mat properly. In addition, this is a great product not to be missed. 4 out of 5 stars.
