Ordered 2 pieces, wife loves it but the belt buckles are hard to use on one of them. I also need a bigger belt. I read that there was an adjustment and I don't have enough adjustment. How do I get a big follower? I heard the customer service is great. Please help! Update from January 21st, no answer. I ordered a heavier block, the same size crockery was sent back.

Instructions are minimal. There is no information about the height required for installation. I sent the seller a message through Revain. Ask to buy a shorter rope. The seller's response was to buy more weight for significantly more money. Asked again Nobody answered. I have this and cannot use it. Not amused. Update: sent a shorter cable. It looked great. I have a yoga harness and I love it. I thought it was going to be a fun new workout but there were horrible instructions on how to use it and when I emailed the company they replied sorry only the instructions we have. I asked for at least one photo of the installation. I ended up going back as I couldn't use it. Maybe it's great, but terrible instructions don't work.

I really like this bungee system, it seems to be of a very high quality. My only complaint is the size of the straps, I ordered a larger set with bigger straps but my hips just don't fit. The seller helped me a lot to solve the problem, but be aware that if you have large hips, you may need to purchase the seat belts separately. The product looks good. However, this doesn't work for a typical 8-foot ceiling. It's too long no matter what you try to shorten it. It would be great if there was some sort of "hook or holder" to hold the middle of the bungee cord to shorten it. Everything is very well made and quite easy to set up. The only issue was the leg straps which were very uncomfortable. I have tried several times to move them, adjust them, bulk them up etc. but it never got better (at least for me) so it took away the joy of training. Easy and quick installation. The new and improved harness with Cobra buckles adjusts more easily around the legs. In this version, the suspension feels firmer and more comfortable, although it does get a bit uncomfortable around the legs with prolonged use. I would say the adjustment straps on the back of the harness could have been improved to allow for quicker adjustment but overall it helped a lot.
