Amazing sound for the price

When I first got this it sounded good but not great. But that was ok as it wasn't a very expensive speaker. But after a few weeks of use, the sound is just stunning. So yes we will be worth the money you pay for it. Just hoping mine is still working as my new receiver is arriving from Amazon today, the last one was fried by a lightning strike, hope my speakers have done better. But if you're on a budget, buy this speaker, just give it a little time to warm up and it'll sound great.

Pros
  • Regular price
Cons
  • Makes me angry

Sounds fantastic when mixed with other speakers

This thing is a great speaker by any measure, but it's a far cry from the B652s I've used for my flat panel and front speakers, but my receiver supports mixing with other speakers (basically a subwoofer and some front speakers) and that makes the difference, now it just blends in and sounds like other bookshelf speakers left and right. I'm hoping by updating the receivers I can get them to do the same thing as they do now because the way I set them up the music and movies sound great!

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Not trendy

Goes perfectly with my baffle

I have two Polk T50 floorstanding speakers (https://www.amazon.com/Polk-T50-Theater-Standing-Speaker/dp/B013LIN5W2) next to my computer desk and needed something in the middle to fill the gap, this speaker is AWESOME! If I really want to submerge, I push myself back a few meters in my office chair, pure sound heaven! My amp (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08H4R221Z) doesn't have a dedicated center channel so I wired it up like this. Connect one red connector on the amplifier to the red (+) speaker…

Pros
  • I'm holding my fists
Cons
  • Annoying

In a way, speaking through a speaker is like speaking on TV

You get what you pay for with this speaker. In a way, speaking through a speaker is like speaking on TV: if it looks/sounds okay to you, then that's enough. Here is my experience: I wanted to add a center to my outdoor home theater. I already had a couple of good left/right polks and was hoping this speaker would be "good enough". From the first minute of the first film, I knew I wasn't going to be happy. My wife thought that was normal. The next day I hooked up a speaker with a JBL midrange…

Pros
  • glitters
Cons
  • there are nuances
