DecoArt Americana Chalky 8 Ounce Heritage Review

This chalky paint is overpriced and underwhelming. Using this product, our Arts and Crafts team found that it was difficult to apply, streaky, and lacked vibrancy. The texture was clumpy and took forever to dry, making it frustrating for any project. The only positive aspect was the packaging. Save your money and try another paint brand.

Great chalk paint as always from Americana Decor. I used this orange color to paint my tool cabinet and I love it!

This is by far my favorite chalk paint. I bought it to paint various items for fall decoration. The color was perfect. The pain gradually layered and dried to a perfect chalky finish. It covers well, but I applied 2 coats just to be safe. I have used this paint on both wood and glass (see the stone can in the picture) and it adhered well to both surfaces. I highly recommend this paint.
