This is an UNDERPRESSED product 😍

Arrived the next day after ordering (I chose free shipping)! I was so excited to unwrap it and it didn't fail me to be happy. Everything is in plastic, which for me is a big plus and no flaws. And there was a paper attached that gave the number and result of each clue. Basically everything you need is there! This is a real review πŸ₯°

Great product for beginners!

I've never decorated cakes, of course I've glazed them here and there, but I really wanted to try decorating. My husband bought me this set for my anniversary and I made a mini wedding cake. With a few YouTube videos for ideas, this kit helped me make a lovely first cake. Easy to use, I highly recommend it for beginners. Good value for money!

Not really a business.

I think if you like to make cupcakes this is a good set. The tips are very cheap and some of them are oddly curved so they don't fit in a regular muff. The spatulas and scrapers are about half the size expected so the items themselves are ok but small and not suitable for making a larger cake. Decent price for what you get, but not exactly what I would call a bargain.

Great products! best in the kitchen and dining room

I really liked this set! I've been looking for a kit like this for over a year and it's always been a struggle over how much to spend on what I want. This set outperformed all expensive sets in this category. It is very easy to use and the player is flawless. There are so many pipe making tips and so many piping bags! Baking my daughter's birthday cake just got a lot easier this year!

There is no e-book. Customer support is missing.

3 stars because the product is good. However, customer service is lacking. I did NOT receive the e-book, I have emailed the seller 3 times since December 24th 2020 and today a month later I still have not received a response. I am new to cake decorating so any guidance would help and that is the main reason I decided to purchase this product. You all have to do better if you want to market your product as beginner-friendly. My other issue is that the muffin cases were just thrown into the box…

The quantity of the product is large but cheap.

I've always loved to bake, but I've never had the right equipment to bring my ideas to life. I'm new to baking and wanted to get the best bang for my buck with a few products and not spend a lot of money. The reviews looked very promising and I ordered but was disappointed. UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW. I was just counting the pieces while writing the review. Since then I've discovered the following: Some tips were missing numbers. The photos of the tips in the included booklet are too small to really see what the tips do. The reference numbers in the brochure do not match many of the references and numbers used in the emailed e-book. Satisfied with the product. Everything that was stated in the box was in the box. A helpful guide to whistle tips is included as they do not have the same markings as, for example, the Wilton system. That being said, it's still easy to find what advice if you're following a recipe that uses the Wilton system. I'm new to cake decorating so this kit helped me a lot.
