Gave 5 stars because the quality of the product looked good but had to return it as I didn't think the shipping packaging was very good or sturdy. . I think the shipping company dropped it on a corner and the mirror arrived cracked. Easy return with no problems.

Our mirror arrived in perfect condition. After installing it, we found that the power button wasn't working. I contacted the seller and he immediately sent us a replacement. The new mirror arrived within a week. Installed, everything works great. Very satisfied with the seller's attitude towards customers.

Worst money I've ever spent. Installation cost $150. The lights went out 25 months after the purchase. The photo shows the bathroom. So I thought this would be a great mirror for my bathroom. NO, 26 months after purchase it was rusting on the edges of the mirror. Convenient 2-year guarantee. :(

The mirror is solid but for almost $700 I expected a little better quality in the reflective department. not dust. These are holes in the reflective material. A heating pad (actually it's taped to the back of the mirror (doesn't cover the entire mirror, just the middle)) seems to work well for holding that part of the mirror. from sweating.

This is a really fun mirror. I asked an electrician to do the wiring because it had to be tight. We connected it to a light switch. We just finished installing it, so we haven't had a chance to actually use it yet. The touch button is red when off and blue when on.
