It's good but the lid doesn't close well so if you're using it for painting it's not good for that purpose.

Not suitable for acrylic paint. The paint dries very quickly because the top does not let air through. Containers are better for storing beads and other things. Very bad for the paint.

How I work with acrylics and mediums is very important. I rarely apply paint directly from the tube to the canvas. I like mixing my own colors and pre-mixing them all before starting. These containers of different sizes are my answer. They even keep my color-mixed modeling paste fresh for weeks.

They are good but the ones I have have flaws on the sides of the lenses. The plastic shows some hesitation, as if they were defective. I've been using them for a week or so and they're holding up well. Not sure what will happen over time. Crafters are a type of plastic that should not be used alongside polymer clay. Clay will eat it.

I think they are perfect for dot painting (or you can use a cap). I love them for that because when I want to finish a project I can just seal the mixed color and use it the next day. I use them for all kinds of projects but I think they have many uses. Take a small amount of condiments with you for lunch, some toothpaste for a weekend trip when you run out of fabric swatches, etc. I've found this size to be more than enough for painting projects where I mix multiple colors.

Beads, buttons and other small sewing/embroidery/painting supplies are often sold in clear plastic bags which is good except some/all are REALLY easy to take beads etc out of these after opening the bags bags fall out; most likely never see you again!
