Very satisfied employee and employer alike

I like how easy it is to set up my program with this tool versus Excel or other tools we have used in previous years! It would be great if there was an option for people who don't know much about setting these types of things (ie myself) so they can get started right away without having any questions/concerns while their employees are using our benefits plan during open enrollment time!! We use Compose all year long throughout Open Enrollment because its pretty straight forward once you…

  • A big plus too being able to do everything online vs printing excel sheets offsite to update everyone involved..and then re printing again upon completion :) This saves me hours every month doing just one thing instead!!!

A complete package of functionality & ease

The features are easy to use for both employees and HR department. It is very user friendly with all its inbuilt tools like payroll, time off etc. We have been using this tool for more than 5 years now without any issues. Nothing much at present but if I had to mention one thing it would be the support team who helped me when my system crashed once.
