Not as advertised Suitable for computers and accessories

The product keeps the laptop cool at around 5 degrees but my main concern is that it is advertised as having 2 USB 3.0 ports when in fact it only lets through port 1 of the 2 required, to power the cooler, also there is no fan control so the fans always run at 100%,

Slim and quiet, RBG light show can be turned off quickly

I bought this because it doesn't have an odd shape and according to reviews it was quiet. I owned im 2 months old and have been using it on 17.3 ROG Strix for about 8 hours a day and it seems like it is tailor made for it, only a few millimeters left on the last ones on each side and about an inch front to back and the RBG combo perfectly with the keyboard and ROG mouse that came with the laptop. As others have noted, I find it quiet, almost silent. My laptop's own cooling mechanisms rarely…

Love the LED lights.

The kids loved the LED backlight and the fairly quiet fans. This unit stopped working after 2 weeks and I just returned it. I took a risk and bought it again. Hope it was an accident?

The laptop is about 5 degrees cooler but my biggest concern is that it's advertised with 2 USB 3.0 ports despite this in reality is not the case. The cooler only needs one pass through port 1 of 2 to power it, there is also no fan control so the fans are always running at 100%.
