Hard to set up wireless app

When I received the device I noticed the pump wasn't pumping water so I opened up the device and noticed that the pump mount that holds it in place is broken and not fastened was and the pump was not present. I had to bend the bracket to hold the pump in place and then add a screw and attach it to the frame as the original screw was missing. Very reliable unit for heating, cooling and air quality

First I bought a Sentinel HDi-120 for use in my basement because of the extremely high humidity. It works great, which drew my attention to ALOAIR's products for this device, the Storm LGR Extreme 180 PPD, as I was looking for a device that I need to move around different areas (garage, camper, etc.). I've been using this device for a few weeks now and so far I'm more than satisfied with this device. I recommend the device for its ability to reduce humidity from almost 80% (expected of course)…

Update #2 The device worked perfectly up to the 19th day. I noticed that the stats didn't change in the application and started crawling. There was an E5 error in the block indicating a refrigerant leak. The subfloor was very dry and the musty smell was gone, so the dehumidifier and gasket worked well before this problem. I'm assuming it was shipping damage as I ordered a replacement. I'm downgrading to 4 stars for the inconvenience, but will monitor the performance of the replacement unit and…

It's fine for a basement but not underground with dirt and ventilation

Background: Recently the underground of my 1200 sqm. Foot was flooded due to heavy rain and improper placement of downspouts. I bought an industrial garbage pump and flushed out the water. Works great and very quiet

I just moved into a new house. About a month at home. I installed a generator and found that there was water all over the place under the house. Summers in Virginia are very hot and humid. The app really works.

I don't usually write reviews but I will reply to other reviews that say the Wi-Fi app doesn't work. I can't talk to Android but on iOS (iPhone) the app has a bug or bug that needs fixing. I almost gave up on this device based on the app not working feedback, but since I can usually spot technical errors I decided to give it a try. I read the instructions and turned on the humidifier.
