Tab on cork is too long and pops open when you clean the inside of jars I have a rubber band around it to keep it closed. Also, a diagram or guide will help you know which direction to attach the sponge.

Loved this product based on the reviews, but the rubber stopper won't stay in and keeps leaking: when you try to clean the glass, forget it because the glass edge pulls out the cork. The next day I had to buy a new one from another company.

I ordered at least 8 sets of dish soap with OXO Good Grips Soap Dispenser at $6 for 2. I got this with a stick and 5 cleaning pads for the price of only 2 OXO refills. The stick on it has lasted the last few months with no issues, works great and has been through 1 pad. Let's hope the replacement is useful and the company continues to produce a good product. OXO should be concerned.

I love these chopsticks so much I always buy spare sponges for them. This is a much higher quality than what you can get in the supermarket. The sponge's soap dispenser or stop mechanism prevents large amounts of soap from spilling, so you only have as much soap as you need. I love how quickly you can put on the cleaning brush and then switch back to the sponge. The scraper brush is easy to remove, sometimes accidentally, but knocking off the star is no problem for me. I love this little thing.

When not in use, soap flows down the side of the handle. I have a cart that I put it in vertically and it just flows from the side. Pressing the button to get the soap into the sponge doesn't work. It gets stuck on the back of the sponge and never penetrates where I can use soap to clean. I end up having to take a bottle of soap and put something on the plate I'm washing.
