Great solution for managing packages and tracking

I like that it can be used as both internal or external delivery point of contact, allowing you to track your deliveries from start-to end without any additional software needed (eg Microsoft Outlook). It does not have all features available out of box but with some configuration this could easily change - however we are currently happy enough using what's there! We use PODmail primarily internally so no issues here. The customer portal makes reporting easy when things go wrong/missing etc…

Great software for shipping tracking

The system is easy to use and very intuitive. The platform has a great set of features and is very flexible. The customer support is very quick to respond and provide solutions. The system is also very easy to integrate with other third party applications. The system is a bit slow at times and has some minor bugs. However, overall it is a great system. It has helped us in streamlining our processes and in the end has helped us save time. The system has also helped us track all our inbound mail
