I like that it can be used as both internal or external delivery point of contact, allowing you to track your deliveries from start-to end without any additional software needed (eg Microsoft Outlook).
It does not have all features available out of box but with some configuration this could easily change - however we are currently happy enough using what's there! We use PODmail primarily internally so no issues here. The customer portal makes reporting easy when things go wrong/missing etcβ¦
