It's not as fast as I expected. And it can use backlit keyboard. But I like his number pad. So I recommend it if like me you get a great price.

The laptop is excellent, easy to use and with a large, very clear screen. It's a little heavier than I thought, that's the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

This is my first negative review in my life. I bought a brand new computer this way and the keys stuck for 4 months. Had it looked at by a computer mechanic (whom I used before). He told me it was defective and should be sent back to Dell. This computer had many reviews with the same defect. The warranty runs until July and they don't cover it, very disappointed. I am a Registered Nurse and bought this computer to allow my daughter to work remotely during Covid. Worst service, I'm glad my life…

Very light and easy to use. The screen is bright and clear. The keyboard is backlit and easy on the eye. I wish there were more detailed instructions, although I can find answers to my questions online.
