Stops working after 2 months

Great concept. Worked well for the first 45 days. Then the screen started falling and the USB response lag. Eventually the displays stopped. No reaction or very fast flickering, e.g. B. every 30 seconds. Only 5 days after the return deadline. Please exchange as the design is good.

Never kept in touch.

It works when it wants to. I am using a Dell XPS with a Dell USB-C monitor and this document will never stay connected. All drivers are up to date.

Not fully working

Ordered this TB dock - USB didn't work. Got great support from Amazon and the seller, they sent replacements for free but it didn't work at all (none of the ports). I ended up leaving the first with partial functionality and discarding the second. A for the effort, but I didn't get a fully functional product.

Not USB-C compatible

The TB16 docking station is not USB-C compatible. This requires your computer to have a Thunderbolt 3 port to do more than just provide power. There's nothing wrong with this docking station for compatible computers, but USB-C shouldn't be listed unless it's an incompatibility warning.

Great deal on a refurbished unit

Dell TB 16 dock works great but I had problems initially. USB drives will be disabled. After some research I found out that users need to make sure they download updated drivers before they work properly. Dell provides important troubleshooting and setup guides on its support pages. You must install the latest BIOS on your system using the Dell Update application. Some important USB drivers and firmware updates need to be installed. Finally, you should go to Device Manager > System Drivers…
