Dell TB 16 dock works great but I had problems initially. USB drives will be disabled. After some research I found out that users need to make sure they download updated drivers before they work properly. Dell provides important troubleshooting and setup guides on its support pages. You must install the latest BIOS on your system using the Dell Update application. Some important USB drivers and firmware updates need to be installed. Finally, you should go to Device Manager > System Drivers > Thunderbolt Controller > Power Management and uncheck the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" checkbox. After following all these steps, it works beautifully. The repaired device was very expensive.
