The first laptop I had had some problems, it did not recognize the hard drive, so I could not make certain settings, and each time the volume became loud on its own new Song appeared when I was listening to music or watching a video, or when I paused and resumed playback. But customer service quickly exchanged me. This new one still has a noise issue, but other than that it's a good laptop.
