It's very frustrating to set up the whole system only to find that every time I closed the lid and it hibernated after opening it, Wi-Fi wouldn't start automatically became. Laptop is fast, screen is mediocre, WLAN is annoying. The WiFi-enabled Intel chip will intermittently crash and you'll have to either restart the computer (e.g. on Windows) or force a new PCI scan (luckily easy on Linux) to reconnect. Forget long loading times. I ended up getting a Tp-Link TL-WN725N to use as a wireless adapter.

The battery was dead and the fan was not working when I received it. Revain agreed to return the money but I had to ship the unit back which cost me $200 and they were only willing to refund $50 for shipping. The product looks good from the outside.

We were very disappointed. The operating system was not activated and DELL stated that the laptop was 3 years old and out of warranty.
