I read a few reviews so here is my story. Overall a good design, but it doesn't live up to my expectations for a Dell product. 1) Arrived damaged although I doubt the shipping is conditional. A piece of the left armrest cover was broken. It's plastic and the tabs holding it in place were broken. 2) Assembly was difficult and shouldn't have been. a) The bolt used to attach the base to the vertical arms was very difficult to attach. I just set it up for a 27 inch Dell touchscreen monitor. In general, I like the stand. It goes well with my table. At first I was concerned that it was impossible to move my arm without a monitor attached to it. Don't worry, it works great when it has a monitor. It took me about 2 hours to set it up. This is a high quality monitor mount. It's heavy but strong enough to hold my LG Ultrafine 4K in the air with great stability. I adjust the height every few hours depending on how I'm sitting and I've noticed my body becoming less stiff. I would like to get another one for my second screen.

The upper arm does not slide smoothly/easily when adding the weight of the OptiPlex 3040 microcomputer between the bracket and the monitor. It requires you to use your hands to powerfully maneuver your arms and control the position you want. I wish the arm had some sort of bridge between the seams of each section of the arms to make it slide more smoothly.

This thing is MASSIVE! Once I assembled it and installed the screens, I felt like I was sitting in the front row of the iMax. The stand is well made and will likely last a lifetime. Unfortunately it is too big for my desktop so it has to be returned. Otherwise I would have left that bad boy.

Finding a suitable stand for a 30 inch monitor wasn't easy. But the Dell MSA14 worked great with my 30 inch DELL U3011. It's significantly larger and more adjustable than the Ergotron MX it replaces. The cable routing is perfect and easy to use. The only feature missing is the ability to mount it through a hole in the table like the Ergotron MX allows. I am very happy with this item.

It is very nice. However, it would be nice if it could also be rotated so I could have 2 portrait displays side by side. The base looks unnecessarily large, but may be necessary if 24-inch monitors that are twice as heavy are installed. Both of my monitors are fairly light, so they're probably heavier than they need to be.

This is a great hand for a monitor. It looks good and is easy to install. If you have a Dell monitor with a branded mount, it simply attaches to the arm without using a VESA mount. It also secures and hides cables much more neatly than the Ergotron mounts I've seen. I have only two very minor comments. Very difficult. Holy shit! But that's exactly what you really want. Sleek, sleek design, while it's very plasticky, it doesn't feel cheap. The monitors don't move as easily as I'd like, but I think it could actually be a good thing. You don't want your screens to move unless you really want to. I think this ensures that this is the case. But overall, it does a great job of opening up a workspace and bringing some organization to your computer's workspace.

Use this with Ultra Sharp and Dell's 21:9 Ultra Wide Monitor. Didn't even read the instructions and installed mine in 7 minutes, no screws, it snaps securely right onto the monitor. I gained a lot of desk space by installing this mount and I didn't damage the wall by installing the wall mount. Very stable and somewhat heavy monitor stand. I bought this for work and we have Dell monitors so setup was super easy with the Vesa feature to just attach the monitor to the stand. No screws. The base is slightly larger than the others, but it's easy to get around. On sale make it a good buy.

Easy to set up. Easy to move. Accommodates 3 U2311H monitors. All of them are stable and easy to set up. Expensive but worth it. Update November 3, 2016: Coasters are still great. Now I have 4 of these. Now they hold heavier monitors (U2515) perfectly. Please note that the included VESA adapter plate is required for proper installation of the U2515. Plus, you don't even need instructions to put it all together. I have no idea how people struggle with that.

Damn, this thing is HUGE. It takes up a foot of space on the table. But it looks good and works very easily with my Dell monitors. I put my laptop under the base and put glasses and other things around it to try and reclaim some of my workspace. Without the space I would have given 5 stars. It's very solidly built and once you set it up it's not going anywhere. It also arrived in the biggest box I have ever seen which my cat loved.
