Dell Optiplex 3020 SFF Desktop Review

The computer was completely dirty. It wasn't updated at all. I had to vacuum the dust out of the tower myself. It doesn't load immediately. I had to fix it myself. As soon as I got it to boot, it randomly disconnected and restarted on its own. A complete waste of time. We bought this computer for our daughter. Little did I know it had been refurbished and the computer was more of a backup if her school chrome book wasn't working. Reading other reviews of refurbished computers I lowered my expectations a bit as to what exactly I would be getting. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by this computer. The computer itself is in very good condition with no blemishes or defects. I removed the side panels to see the condition of the interior, it was dust free and in excellent condition. I would really like to take reference photos but on arrival which was quick after 2 days despite weekly estimate the unit was very well packaged and protected and very clean with foil. That. I like everything so far. It's fast and meets all the requirements I need for my work from home work. Windows 10 works perfectly. There are minor cosmetic flaws, but to be honest it's not critical. My only complaint was that there is only one VGA port and I wanted to put two monitors up and maybe add a third. I ordered a DVI to DisplayPort adapter and was able to set up my two monitors with VGA and the DisplayPort. I will do without a third monitor for this. Will update if anything changes but…
