One has been working fine for a month now. The second turns off after 30-40 minutes. I could not delete my personal data before returning. The computer did not start.

I do not recommend buying a PC from this seller. I have bought a total of 6 PCs from them. The first set of 2 PCs works fine. The second set of 2 PCs arrived with a faulty WiFi adapter on one of these PCs, the WiFi adapter works and disconnects several times a day. And the last set of 2 PCs are missing WiFi adapters! Ordered 2 of these for work as everything we do is cloud based. I thought I'd try these out. First, both come with broken Bluetooth USB adapters (see image), no built-in Bluetooth, and no wireless USB adapters. 1 month in use and 1 is very slow and the other is already showing a failed drive. My guess is that the slow one is also suffering from a disk failure. I will definitely not buy these again.

I was looking for a small PC as an HTPC that I can hide behind my television and that has the necessary performance. This little Dell 9020 makes it possible! It was boxed and wrapped in plastic but when I opened it I noticed cockroach droppings in the Packaging , I immediately took it outside and bombed it. There were some German cockroaches. I'd say spray it when you get it, just in case. Nice little computer lol
