These molds arrived very quickly and none of them are broken, cracked or cracked. They are not as thick as some but for the money I am very happy!

These bowls don't come cheap. They are strong and the surface is very smooth which makes them better than most. The small ones can be used for dipping bread and the large ones can also be used for salsa-like sauces for parties. They were packaged very well to ensure they didn't break in transit and they also fold up nicely for closet storage.

I've used these all-purpose pans for poached eggs, as a prep bowl, for making French onion soup and for storing puddings, but I know there are many other uses. I know they weren't bought from a small cafe in north-west France, but for small, single-serving crème brûlée and soufflés they don't look out of place. The set includes six smaller molds and six larger molds. The smaller ones are 3.5 inches in diameter at the rim, the larger ones are 4.75 inches.
