🌬️ Enhanced Performance Delphi AF10199 Air Flow Sensor Review

Cannot be matched by a quality OE manufacturer like Delphi. Best of all, ordered two refurbished units beforehand, both were defective in different ways. Now Volvo is purring reliably again.

So far so good. Bought because Bosch was at least three times the price and Delphi is a well known brand. The car has very good handling with it. It uses different technology than the Bosch Maf. Doesn't have 3 hot wires like Bosch. I am a trained mechanic by profession.

Works. for some time. It took about a year before we ended up on the side of the road. It wasn't quite "right" the first time we installed it, it wobbled when accelerating from a standstill. We could deal with that, but unfortunately it didn't work out in the end. Rather spend your money on a quality part. Bit the bullet and bought a repair block from Bosch and the machine never ran better!

Junk. Comes with a 30-day warranty only (not guaranteed by Delphi). This is my 3rd unit and after about two to three weeks it gives a 3-2-2 code "No burnout signal" and runs the machine very rich (with the airbox thermostat off). He broke his catalytic converter. I bought an original Bosch device and the problems have disappeared. The Bosch device was about double the price of the lifetime warranty. If you turn the car over, everything is fine. If you want to drive, don't worry.

This is the third Maf I've had to install on my 1989 Volvo 240 and so far so good! I went with a Delphi unit as they are an OEM supplier but for about 1/3 the cost of a Bosch unit (Bosch is the original OEM) I may have to bite the bullet and go with Bosch decide if this device fails. but after a week this Delphi module is working great! That's why I decided to buy it and unfortunately I was disappointed. Since driving from Washington, DC to Boston, Massachusetts two months ago, my car has been accelerating.
