Worked great in my 2003 Audi A4 (3.0)

It's been in my car for 8 months now and it's still working well. It came with the o-ring and clamp that was needed. No complaints, I would buy it again.

Sensor + seal are excellent. Metal bracket, not very good

Installed 2003 Passat 1.8t. The metal bracket that came with it didn't give me confidence that it would hold the sensor in place. As a result, I got thicker OEM plastic. However, the sensor + gasket were great. Had the P2181 code taken care of that I had.

sensory overload. Including retaining clip and O-ring!

Well I replaced the broken one and my Check Engine light didn't come on. This sensor came in a conscientious box along with a metal clip and a new O-ring. Even though it's made in China, I take comfort in the fact that it's from Delphi. I hope that this valuable piece will exceed my expectations.

Perfect fit for my 2000 Audi A4 QUATTRO (1.8T)

Put this on my 2000 Audi A4 QUATTRO. Fits perfectly! This is definitely the right choice for the b5 A4 series. There was no more overheating indicator and it even fixed my intermittent starting issue which was the biggest issue with the previous faulty sensor. Installation was pretty easy too. The YouTube videos were good.

Wrong Sensor for 2006 Volkswagen Jetta TDI. I bought this part some time ago when I wanted to take care of the car. I started trying today, the sensor has four pallets and the right one has two. When I set about pulling everything out, I realized it was the wrong sensor. Miss featured in advertisement

High-quality coolant temperature sensor for your Passat 1.8t at a great price.

Our car (Passat GLS 2000) still had the original CTS sensor (and O2 sensors) with the original 98,000 miles. We had an awful run around town. No longer. Delphi manufactures a product of excellent quality. I was also happy to find the correct size o-ring in the kit AND a metal retaining clip (replacing the OEM plastic clip). Quality product, speed of delivery from Revain Prime, great price. Thanks!

Fast delivery but does NOT fit the Audi B7 model.

This product came quicker than expected and probably works but Amazon said this product fits my 2006 Audi A4. After installation I found that this is not the part, the B7 needs a gray sensor not green. This green sensor is too big and won't fit, the gray sensor part number is SU6453 which you should get from seller to avoid problems. This is not due to the product, which is why I still give 5 stars for the fast shipping and the still usable metal clip.

I trust Delphi in a sea of ​​parts

Glad to have a Delphi part for my Passat 03 1.8T. Mine came with an o-ring and a metal retainer. The sealing ring was plump and strong - I liked it. The retaining clip is quite stiff and installation required some effort as there were no leverage points and limited visibility during installation. I definitely recommend using a metal clip instead of a plastic clip - it's a lot safer to install.
