I ordered this cord and light to replace the one that didn't work. But when I got it, it didn't work either. It wasn't a lightbulb because the lightbulb ran in a different wire, so there must have been something in the wire itself. Not worth returning, but I will not be ordering this item from Revain again.

The product did not fit. I even tried putting in a new fuse. This is the second I've ordered from them. The one I ordered last year didn't last long so I had to order another one and this one didn't work at all. I noticed that it is made in China. You might want to reconsider! Even sending it back isn't worth the hassle. If there is one elsewhere that works, please let me know. Doesn't even deserve one star.

It took about 2 months. Replaced the string on a decorative lantern used at night. Each night. There are no short circuits, the bulb is screwed in smoothly and evenly. Although the metal clips were larger than the cable they replaced, they worked great with my lighting and even better than the original cable clips. I would say the quality is average for this type of thing, not great but not bad either. If it lasts a few years I'll be happy with the price.

I had a beautiful Christmas stall that was in a dark corner of the house and difficult to see. I was about to try some sort of clip light when I was wondering if I could find a small clicker light to mount on the roof of my barn that would be preferable to an external light source. Hole in the back of my hutch, stuck a lantern through the back, inserted a couple of eyebolts on either side of the lantern and secured the lantern to the eyebolts with a zip tie. now it stands securely and shines…
