I feel much safer knowing that my family will be able to escape an emergency should it happen. This ladder is as described and is very sturdy. It arrived on time and I would order again if I ever need another.

I bought this ladder, and hooks for second floor apartment. I checked it out already. So far its reliable and sturdy. Great product.

I have 2 daughters. They are 6 & 8 yrs. old, and they weigh less than 60 lbs. each. I purchased this ladder roughly 3 months ago to enable my daughters to access a treehouse I built for them. Bought 2, one for my daughter in college (she's on the 2nd floor) and the other for my son and his family. They are lightweight and seem very sturdy. I hope they never have to use them but if they do these should definitely get them safely to the ground.

My son helped me attach it to the balcony as we both struggled with it. He went downstairs to test it and found it to be very unstable and pitched back and forth. I tried to climb up it and could barely reach one rung above me. I will give it another try with my husband as he is a retired firefighter and good on a ladder. Very disappointed. I guess I will have my husband install a fire pole for me to slide down from the balcony. 🥴

In my case, it was no way to attach the ladder to a window without this hooks. Its perfect for fire escape through window. May not be suitable for use in commercial buildings with multiple floors.

I was recommended a fire escape from ISOP in TV , i bought it and now i can sleep peacefully . In the case of emergence , you can go down the window.

We live in a third floor apartment and I bought this for emergencies! I have a nice iron railing that I attached mine to. We attached it and lowered it down to see if it reaches the bottom. It does perfectly!

This probably would work to escape an upstairs window where it rests against a wall. It is way too unstable to use to descend from a upstairs deck or tree house.

This rope ladder can serve you forever! The bars and rope are very reliable. Totally worth product for its money. May not be suitable for use in historic buildings with strict preservation guidelines!

I bought these ladder as a gift to my relatives, though they use it for other purposes. In any case they liked the present. The rope ladder is very good quality with strong safety hooks. I think this kind of ladders should be in every home for safety reasons

I decided to buy two items (for me and my relatives) after I saw the video about ISOP Ladders. The product is exactly as described.

Our beach and stairway on Lake Michigan washed away with the outrageously high water levels, leaving only a small cliff. So I came up with the idea of using the escape ladder to get to and from the water. Works great. It is very sturdy and getting wet does not hurt it. A temporary solution, but it solved the problem for this season.

The quality was actually better than what I was expecting. The ropes appear to be super high quality. I'm very glad this is the one I chose.

I use it to get back on my Robalo R160 boat when at sea and it works great. I was worried it would get damaged by the salt water, but it's been out to sea a couple of times and it works great and no visible damage. Easy to use and easy to store. If it's really wavy or if the current is strong it can push your feet/legs under the boat because it's a flexible ladder. Not the best for the elderly or for those out of shape.

Strong, and well made. But the yellow step that cover the rope, rolls under foot causing an unsteady footing. Very scary.

Everything I hoped for. Compact to store and easy to unfurl. At 70 years old, but reasonably fit, I climbed down the 13-foot rope ladder off my upper deck railing. No problem—it worked just like I expected.
