Got this for my z31 which I have been converting to an electric fan and with a small modification and a couple of zip ties to keep the coolant temp stable.

Very good and powerful fan. It has two speeds, but I only used its high-speed cable (brown/yellow). I used a flexible controller which cools the heatsink very efficiently and very quickly. I definitely recommend it.

Maybe not the best rating but for the Toyota 22R/E guys that might be looking I was able to get this thing almost perfect with a little cutting. This thing turns out to be kind of a breeze even on low.

Looks like a great fan. Installed it on my '97 Jeep TJ. I'm not keen on having to use mounting cables that go through the radiator because there are no mounting holes on the passenger side, but it's there and works well. Be sure to get a relay for this as it draws 30-40 amps to run.

After 2.5 years of infrequent use, the fan failed and left me with a dilemma. I noticed that the fan wasn't cooling my truck well a month or two before the failure. I specifically installed it on my Nissan hardbody truck in mid-2015. Everyone says the Taurus fan kicks ass. Just not this one.

Arrived quickly, unfortunately the top cover is torn. No great genius epoxidized it. The fan continued to click and vibrate after installation. No installation instructions, nothing terrible, like a breeze. Black to ground, brown and green hot (high speed). I didn't use a low speed cable. If I had to do it again, I'd spend an extra $20 on a Dorman. Installed in my '96 Tacoma. I hope the click-n-vibration goes away.

This fan is amazing! Works like a champ. I have installed them in various applications from jeeps to cars and trucks. These fans are incredible. Enough horsepower to keep a V8 cool in a slow crawler car on a hot Texas summer! I installed it on a 1999 Tahoe with a 5.7 liter engine and it runs fine. I hooked it up to the thermostat controller and added a lead with a diode to the AC compressor so it turns on with the AC. More than enough power for V8 Tahoe and most cars!

I bought this item from Revain and received it within 2 days as usual. I installed a fan on my Project 72 Nova car which has an LS1 engine and 700R4 gearbox. I highly recommend this fan setup if like me you're short on space. I don't know how long it will last but so far it's working great! If you have the space I would go with a Lincoln MK 8 fan but the Taurus fans are very good with a high CFM rating of around 3800 at high speed. I am using this on a 1957 Chevrolet truck with an aluminum radiator and a 5.9 liter Dodge Magnum V8 engine. I had to modify it and make my own brackets to mount it, which I expected, but performance wise this thing does a great job of keeping the engine cool.
