The ease to use toolkit makes it very easy when I need something specific or have questions that are not answered with their guides/tutorials they do provide great support via chat as well! I love how quickly my logo was made up! In under 24 hours they were able to turn around an original image that we provided them with in just 2 days later it had been approved AND edited as requested!! They are very transparent about any issues or concerns you have when working together (which really isn't much at all!) If there's something small/minor like not liking one aspect - say colors but other aspects look great then let me know immediately so i can address those things during revisions…
