Devinal Coupler Adapter Changer Connectors Review

There isn't much to say about a product that performs as intended. Those 1/4" to 1/4" connectors worked great - 1/4" mono jacks snap in securely. And you get FOUR of those connectors! Bravo.

I ordered another brand but it was out of stock so I took a chance and bought this one. The first one I plugged in didn't work at all and the plug, although tight when I plugged it in, was loose when I pulled it out. Luckily the second one worked (I only needed one), but I'll probably replace this item with a better one later.

Do these cables connect 2 1/2 inches? Yes. 3/4 times! At first it was difficult to get the cable in each of them but after a lot of effort the cables were able to go in 3 of them but the 4th had so much resistance that I think it must be blocked by something and I was scared that I would break the cable. After connecting and disconnecting the cables, they loosen a little, maybe even too much. In general, the processing quality is questionable.

I use them for different purposes. First, on my pedalboard, getting the right lengths of cable and the right ends in the right places can be surprisingly frustrating (unless you make your own cables, of course). I have found that they help me avoid buying a very expensive 1 foot cable just because it has a jack and no plug. run behind the PA monitor speakers.
