Bought to rip up an old floor tile, worked great!

Bought to help me remove old ceramic tile from my kitchen because the sledgehammer and chisel method was terribly inefficient and renting a demo hammer would be almost as expensive so at least I can get it on this way save the tool for future projects. I already have a couple of DeWalt 20v brushless tools so I bought them so I could use the same batteries for everything. I just used a flat SDS hammer and a tile chisel and it worked wonders. Better than a woodpecker cutting through masonry or concrete

I have had a corded rock drill for many years. It took me several minutes to drill a one inch or one and a half inch hole in the brick. Then one day I had to pierce a rock. It took 30 minutes and the drill went bald. So it took almost 2 hours to drill 4 holes. I told my friend about this and then he told me I need to upgrade to an SDS brushless impact drill. Much more expensive Dewalt DCH273B or this one? This. If you don't plan on doing a lot of overhead drilling and don't want to use a hepa filter, buy this drill bit! It's noticeably lighter and more powerful. I'm an electrician and this drill saved me hours of fiddling with wires and/or fighting 8 guys over a cordless rock drill on a construction site.
