Best handheld vacuum I have ever bought. All other vacuum cleaners only work as long as the battery is charged. This vacuum cleaner has a replaceable battery. So if it runs out of charge, just get a new battery, not a new vacuum. Great performance, wet and dry use. Highly recommended

We love this vacuum cleaner! We just bought a second one for the workshop/shop. Now one can get greasy and very dirty while the other stays inside. We even hook up our homemade vacuum nozzles to this little battery powered device and it works great with a 4-8 inch nozzle on the end of a regular vacuum tube. Great Dewalt product!

I've had it less than a year and in the last 6 months the vacuum hose has pulled out and now I can't screw it back on making the tool useless. It's past the return date, so I have a $200 purchase left that I can't use. Dewalt should be ashamed of this product, as should Revain for selling it.

It's a tool! Bought with accessories, probably very handy for detailing. Actually bought for cleaning a commercial computer room to shred and dust so it will see abnormal usage and work well. The filter must be cleaned frequently. Doesn't slow down and only stops when the battery needs charging.

I had another vacuum that stood upright and had a detachable handle but it just didn't have the suction power. This device is not noisier than the other device but definitely has better suction power and a longer lasting battery. Bought an extension. The only part I didn't pay attention to was the flat wide end cap as it didn't have a flat surface. My husband found a similar part that fit, but was flatter and wider than our Kirby vacuum parts.

Dewalt advertises it as Wet/Dry. I thought I would use this for spot cleaning; I am a professional carpet cleaner. There is no float ball/cage cut-off on this model. I've had several portable wet vacuums that are protected from water and scum passing through the vacuum fan with a float ball that closes the fan inlet when full. Even wet/dry vacuums have this. I bought this expensive DeWalt 20V cordless vacuum about ten months ago and have never used it maybe ten times. The battery was charged twice in total. The specs are completely fake. The vacuum is very weak, the hose broke a few uses and had to be taped back up, the bag is difficult to remove and clean and now the battery is completely dead!
