Description of DEWALT Sander Variable Battery DCW200P1

Brushless motor of the electric sander provides runtime and efficiency to get the job done. Variable speed control from 8,000 - 14,000 OPM to match the speed to the application. Low profile height of the 1/4 sheet sander allows user to get close to work surface for precise sanding. Paper clamp designed to hold paper securely and allow for easy installation. Dust-sealed switch to protect against dust ingestion for long switch life. Texturized rubber overmold grip for comfortable sanding. One-handed locking dust bag. Dust port is designed to fit directly to the DWV010 or DWV012 dust collectors (sold separately). To attach dust port to other vacuum systems with 1-1/4-inch hoses, use DWV9000 Universal Quick Connector (sold separately). Long dust chute (not included) Part Number N684701 for use with 6.0Ah batteries and larger.

Powerful and reliable

This sander is a game-changer in the Industrial and Scientific world! Its powerful performance and variable speed provide excellent control and precision. It's also cordless which makes it perfect for any job site. The battery life is impressive, and it comes with a fast charger! The only downside is that it's slightly heavy, but it`s a small price to pay for quality..

Heavy, powerful for Sanders

I like the performance, the acceptably low noise level and the light dust bag. It's heavier than I like and a bit awkward to hold. Also, the rocker switch is a bit clunky in design. A switch without a rubber or plastic cover would be more comfortable to use. However, it's a great tool to use where the power cord isn't readily available.
