I used this to make female pigtails to convert amplifier glands to banana plugs. Meets the absolute minimum requirements. User-friendliness is not a major issue for the manufacturer. as there are no instructions included. for connecting wires Utube is a lifesaver even for an electrician. I only have one hand, so I need experienced two-handed help.

This product works as expected. I use it to connect test wire segments to find breaks in the wiring of my 400 foot invisible dog fence. I have three lengths of 18 gauge banana plug test leads - 130', 70' and 20' - which I join together to get the overall length I want. This product provides good mechanical integrity of the connection without an easily measurable increase in electrical resistance.

These are very handy little adapters. They are good quality, fit snugly and have no extra resistance on my multimeter. I've bought test probes that detach from the handle and part of the needle so you can attach different probes like alligator clips and other things. These adapters allow me to buy any test leads and plug them into them for easy connection to my modular ones. Which is very handy because my multimeter on my desk gets in the way more than the test leads.
