Cut bathroom wall tiles with ease

I used this on a HF grinder to mark a bathroom wall for a new 'electrical switch' box. I marked the cut with chalk and used this blade and airbrush. This blade cuts through tile like butter. The light cuts at the same time as the water splashes the tile and blade a little. Once the tile was off I used this blade again to loosen the thickness before using the chisel to level everything. A NOTICE. The only thing I had to do when installing the blade on the grinder was remove the brass center…

Decent blade, still chipped porcelain stoneware

I'm new to cutting porcelain stoneware so I don't know what the reference is. I bought a good quality 7 inch Diamondback hanging tile cutter to cut tiles for a bathroom renovation. For the first 10-20 cuts, I was surprised at how many chips there were. Probably 20 small chips along the 12 inch cut. The chips were small, around 1-2mm wide and/or long, but I expected a nice clean cut. Seemed to get a little better after 20 or more cuts. In total I've probably had 75-100 contractions and it hasn't

These are absolutely the best blades I have ever used

These are absolutely the best blades I have ever used! And I've used a lot of different blades. Cheap, expensive, it doesn't matter. I always have an average of 1000 square meters. Feet (porcelain) or even less before they stop cutting properly. I bought three of these very cheaply and expected the same or even less performance. I'm still on my first blade at about 3000 square feet! Also all porcelain! Their beauty is that they cut like new again after three passes through a standard brick. I…

I purchased this item for my 7" 5/8" arbor rigid table saw for wet sawing in porcelain stoneware. The saw blade is designed for a 7/8 shank but uses a flat sleeve for a 5/8 shank. Thickness and hardness are good. However, the rotation of the tile saw blade appears to be wobbly and eccentric, and further inspection shows that the 5/8 diameter flat bushing does not fit well in the triangular saw hole. The bushing is actually just a washer of the same thickness, making it quite difficult to get…

You may have better luck but I say look elsewhere

This blade was used with a wet tile cutter to cut and shape rough gemstones. When first used on a piece of amethyst, the blade immediately lost all diamonds and became dull and ineffective. My saw got very hot, much faster than usual, and the amethyst I was trying to cut just bounced off the blade and got hot too, but didn't cut at all. It's a ski saw, so not necessarily the best tool in the brand, but still a good one. It might have had more to do with the way the ski saw was set up and not…
