Easy to carry in wallet

Easy to carry in wallet. Simply separate the sharpener from the clear plastic and slip the sharpener into your wallet and you'll always have a cute little sharpener with you. I carry this blue and red one with me, and I also carry an access card knife in my wallet, so I always carry a sharp knife.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Requires outlet

Ideal for a backpack

Bought this and several others with the idea that I would use them for hunting when my knives get dull. They work well and you can quickly customize the "old pig sticker". I bought two regular sharpeners and two fine sharpeners. That way I can have a sharp edge if needed. I may have to go down the hill to go for a walk in the town saloon and I should show up clean-shaven ;-) I can do it with them!

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Expensive

The best sharpener you can carry around

I have 4 of these and bought 5 or 6 more as gifts. I keep one in my leather bag, one in my truck, another in my hunting backpack and the last one in my shop. Nothing roughens a blade quite like this sharpener. I've been buying them since 2002 and I can't tell you how good they are. I drive sailboats and nothing dulls a blade quite like cutting Kevlar or Dynamo. A rough mini-sharp requires 4 or 5 strokes and the blade is as sharp as it gets. If you want to fine sharpen your blades or chisels you

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad but...
