These are great tight shorts. Slim fit, but if your child is very skinny, the adjustable waist will fit perfectly. My boyfriend is 5ft 280lbs so he's pretty skinny - we only had to put a button in the elastic on the 3rd hole. We have them in navy and khaki. The length is good.

I bought these shorts a size 14 for my average 11 year old and the waist was too tight. I understand they are tight but these shorts are small. Otherwise, the shorts are fashionable and of excellent quality.

The elastic in the pants didn't fit at all. The shorts were too small for my son and are still hanging in his closet. Thanks for attention.

The kid we bought them for wears 8 Slim in everything we can find. They say slim fit so we weren't sure but they fit really well. Will order more. It's hard to find someone slim in his height.

Dickie's is simply irresistible. Always order one size larger. I ordered a slim fit for my child but ended up returning it as it was too tight for him. Those weren't shorts! My baby just grew up and needs tight fitting clothes. I ordered a regular haircut and they were perfect.

I received my item on time and it was exactly what I ordered. They're narrow, so if you want your child to have room to grow, order a size up. My son hates baggy clothes so he loves the fit. I will definitely order from this seller again. I hope they have tight pants! 🙂

I needed khaki shorts for my son's orchestra. I ordered these because they are narrow and have an adjustable waist belt. The problem with them is that the adjustable strap is misaligned. It's clearly a shortcoming, but since he needs it for the orchestra this week, I can't return it. Otherwise I think they are good value for the price.
