It IS what it looks like

This is reminiscent of the "good ole days" when they made top quality stuff. It is truly ideal. Wouldn't pay much attention to the critics from other reviews who claim it produces a musty smell when worn down. I actually cut the excess length off for my dog because it turned out I ordered a size too large. So when I cut it, I was waiting for the so-called smell to appear, but no such thing.

Design Fail: my feedback

First of all these collars are great quality, they look very good and it seems they would last a very long time. The problem is in the design, it was a total fail. The buckle and the hoop for the name tag are opposite of each other which makes the buckle be at the bottom of the neck and the name tag on the back. The buckle is heavy and it forces to turn to the bottom. See the pictures so you can see what I mean. I purchased 1 for my dog and 1 for my cat and before the seller/vendor says…

Very sturdy and good quality

My dog has got it very dirty and I have cleaned it multiple times with all purpose cleaner. It cleans up well and looks good as new. If your dog is in between sizes , I wouldSize up

Not Durable and caused discomfort

Less than a month after purchase and puppy wearing it I noticed he kept scratching his neck. I removed collar and he stopped scratching I noticed the damage on the collar. It's sad to see that 2 weeks in this happened just by wearing it.

NOT LEATHER for my opinion

Nice collar. Looks great (a magenta color) on my black Dane. But the collar is not even leather-like. It is more of a silicone with a padded inside. I'll update on the durability. I'm not expecting much from it, but it is worth the price so far.

I needed leather on my review.

My dogs fabric collar would sour alot. They are hairy and they would get wet, then dry. Thie leather ones are excellent so far. Good quality.

Misplaced leash buckle

Having the leash ring midway through the collar, is uncomfortable for my dog to wear when leashed. Because the buckle attachment is in her throat.

Runs small, but much better than expected quality

The feel and quality of this collar are very nice, especially for the price. I will say, measure your dog’s neck before buying. Our little guy is only 25lbs and had to get a large.

Very well built for my opinion

Very sturdy and well built collar. This collar is wonderfully made. Better than one I paid much more for on Etsy!. Bought for my Rottweiler pup to grow into. Has been a very good collar after 2 months.

The collar so we’ll has held up nicely on my very hyper dog and has gotten soaked lots of times and it’s still doing great! That's my feedback!

“Leather” peeling after less than 2 Months

Collar fabric, which they say is leather, is already peeling and flaking away after less than 2 months of wear. Not worth the money.

Looks great, not durable

Loved the collar and the color of it! However, within a week my dog wearing it, there is already pretty major wear and tear. It looks dirty and there doesn’t seem to be a great way to clean it. Very cute but not durable

Very impressed! good for me

I didn’t not have high expectations because I paid around $11 for the extra large collar but I’ve been very impressed by this product! It’s great quality, beautiful color, and worth more than I paid. I have a husky and a pit bull mix that love to wrestle. I purchased collars for both and they have held up well!

Great collar, just know:

I bought the large size for my pitbull and it didn’t fit. When they say 24 inches they mean from bottom to top including the buckle, so that’s on me. He neck is 22inches so I thought it may fit but it didn’t because the buckle and the holes took about 3 inches worth. I couldn’t fit two fingers on the first hole. Reordering with the XL *fingers crossed*
