DieHard DHC18 18-Inch Conventional Wiper Blade, Maximum Visibility - 1 Pack Review

They replaced a set of Bosch wiper blades that never worked so well on my 2010 Jeep Liberty. I decided to spend less and see what happens and I'm very glad I did as these wiper blades work great for a lot less money! I can't say how long they will last as I've only had them for a few months.

These words may apply if you live somewhere that doesn't require you to drive in the snow. Unfortunately, although I try to avoid it, I had to drive during a heavy snowfall. For the first time since buying these wipers, it snowed heavily and the connector (on the driver's side of course) burst and the wiper flew off. Poor quality!

4 weeks - wipers are useless. Not cleaning at all. Check out the video recorded after 4 weeks. Tried to call customer service to write a warranty card - they are not there! The page points to Sears. Calling Sears will simply direct you from one to the other and no one can guarantee diehard products. Absolute waste of money and time.

I have a 1994 Tercel and the normal wipers have finally died after 24 years. Although the original wiper blades are labeled for the right and left sides of the windshield, they are in fact identical and a pair of these new wipers are easy to install on either side (no tools and only takes a minute each). Ran in the rain today, runs smoothly, quietly and efficiently.

I am posting this review before I want to tell people these are repackaged Trico Blades. When comparing prices, remember that DieHard and Trico are essentially the same wiper blades. To solve the fit issue, this fits my 2013 Kia Soul well. Other model vehicles may not be so lucky. Installation was easy. I'll update this review once I've replaced these blades to give you an idea of their durability and ease of removal.

2 stars because it actually cleans exceptionally well, leaves no streaks and was easy to install BUT! That thing grinds and squeaks SOOO BAD! I can't stand this sound no matter how the rain pours, it creaks no matter what. I would like to send them back but I threw away the boxes. Such a shame! PS: About 95% of the positive feedback was left by people who received the goods for FREE. I paid for this with my own money and I wish I had noticed that before I bought them.

I will definitely update this review once I can benefit from these blades but I am posting this part to let people know that this is indeed the case when comparing prices between the Brands Trico and Diehard is the case, these are the same wiper blades. As for other reviews not making perfect contact with the windshield, this wasn't a problem on my 2013 Kia Soul. Other car models may vary. Installation went without problems. Most likely, the Diehard brand will be at the bottom, not at the top…

This is by no means fancy or exotic. They don't promise to keep rain off your windshield or make other wild claims like many other brands do today. These are regular wiper blades with simple and cheap packaging, but they do a good job at a much better price than most other blades. I don't wear them for long, so I can't comment on durability. They were very easy to install. I bought these for a jeep with a small and flat windshield. So be aware that performance may vary depending on the size and
