    Not too difficult. for Tablet Parts

    I think the composition of the product may change over time but the description does not. Overall, however, it wasn't too difficult for me and may have saved me hundreds of dollars since my next step was probably a new iPad. I recommend checking out some YouTube demos so you know what you're getting into. Then select the one that makes sense when replacing. And be careful with those tiny screws, because if you try to snap everything back on, they tend to fly towards the iPad's magnetic edges…

    Great screen, bad band

    Replacing screens on any device is no easy task. Relatively speaking, it was no more difficult than one would expect. The touch dynamics are as good as the original. Even the home button is good, something that's usually lacking in screen swaps. The only thing that bothers me is that the tape stinks. I wish I had taken the advice of almost every instructional video I've watched that talked about using a different tape.

    I was always skeptical of these cheap replacement screens, but they were great value. There are no directions, so you better watch some videos. So far it's working very well, I'm glad it comes with an additional glass screen protector. Pros: Inexpensive, works well, and comes with a glass screen protector. Home button included and attached.     Not good Tablet parts

    After installation, the screen was fine at first. After a few days, some parts of the screen stopped working or SOMETIMES worked. As a result, the screen also cracked in the middle, didn't even have to fall down or anything like that. Suddenly everything appeared. The installation was fine. Took me about 1.5 hours. There are no instructions included so I had to look it up on YouTube and that was fine because it's better to watch them anyway. All in all I would not recommend this screen.

    Bought because of its review on Revain. My daughter dropped her iPad mini, smashing the glass and slightly denting the corner. The local shop was charging $100 to fix it, so I thought I'd try it myself. It took quite a while due to the amount of glue on our iPad, but following the instructions on Youtube (check out Tech MD's video, it was the most thorough) I got it done! If you're good at following video instructions, give it a try. Thanks very much!
