The bottom of the touchscreen does not work.

Most people are better off taking it in for repairs. I think it's hit or miss whether the screen works or not. The bottom part of my screen is not responding after installation. Edit: I just upgraded my rating from one to three stars. Revain sent me a new screen and it works fine. but during installation I removed the protective film from the screen while I was in the process of installing the screen and noticed that some of the double sided tape was sticking to the cable (this is from the…

The instructions were missing which varies between different iPad models

The screen and tools were great. This was the correct screen for the iPad model we specified. However, there were no instructions included. No big deal we thought. There are many videos on YouTube. That's true, but it's not easy to find the right how-to videos by searching YouTube. We found two that said the ports were on the left side. They are on the right side of our iPad, which caused us to damage the home button connection cable. It is not part of this kit. How can this be without…

It's a mix of likes and dislikes, if you know what you're doing it's an easy substitute. We bought this for a friend who needed to replace his iPad's screen.
