What I expected: Beds and furniture

This is a decent product that will last a very long time. My cat was immediately interested and now sleeps next to him every night. It fits perfectly behind a chair so the room doesn't irritate the eyes. I would buy again.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Our cat scratching post is used a lot

A few months ago we adopted two kittens from our public shelter. Both used the scratching post, although the female Maine Coon appears to use it much more frequently. Our cats have never played with a ball in late spring, perhaps because of their small stature. On the other hand, the rod and base get scratched about a dozen times a day. Also, her scratches seem to be limited to this carpet toy. Therefore, we can highly recommend this toy with carpet.

Pros
  • Hands free
Cons
  • I'll write later

Better than I expected

I've just bought a new sofa and I've heard that something like this (unlike the floor scratching posts I also have) helps my cat stop scratching the sofa. It worked. I first put it next to my couch for her to be the first to scratch when she scratches, and now it's where she still finds it to practice her claws. I've had him for about a year now. It's been a month now and although I'm sure it won't last forever as long as it does its job.

Pros
  • Hard wearing surface
Cons
  • Almost ok

My cat scratches it!

I bought my cat a nice little scratching post when I got it but the fibers were like long carpet fibers and it didn't cling to it at all. THIS post, however, it finally scratches! I used to have to mask off all the corners of my furniture, but luckily I finally found a post that scratches. He started playing the ball on it as soon as I showed it to him and I think that's what started the scratching, although now he's not playing the ball at all. But it's a good post and I'm happy with it!

Pros
  • Durable test results
Cons
  • The packaging is ugly

The cat is going to town!. 2nd purchase.

My cat loves this post! She likes the 1/2 carpeted part of the post best. This is the second purchase as the first one started fraying on top of the carpet and they love to eat string so this should go in the bin. Unfortunately, it falls over on its own while stretching and scratching. To do this, we fix half the base under the edge of our sofa. I thought about getting the "big cat" version but it's all sisal and she seems to like the rug best. The ball just looks cute when she goes to town. I…

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Not sure

Small or large cats will struggle with the unstable construction.

Easy assembly. Looks great. The problem is that the base is not heavy enough and not wide enough, even for small cats. Assuming the pole is for kittens, it will be too high to hit. On the other hand, if it is intended for medium-sized adult cats, it is not strong enough to sharpen claws. My small adult cat (less than 9 pounds) needs to stand on a narrow base. It's small and barely fits. If she doesn't stand on the base, the tower will collapse. Even if she stands on it, the tower will be pulled

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

The cat loves it but needs a heavier base so it doesn't rock as hard.

My cat loves it. It's a big rag doll and we needed something bigger than usual and it worked well! Assembly was a bit of a pain as the base is split in half and held together with thin veneer so the rack doesn't want to stay together when screwed in. After you assemble it, although it is very well built! Durability is pretty good but I think the base needs to be heavier as my cat tends to pick it up about halfway off the ground which is a little hard to scratch at times. it has become almost a…

Not built to last. Best among cats

We made this to give our cat an extra scratching post to roam around our living room. Assembly was easy and the wood seems stronger than the other stand we bought at the time, it had brittle wood and destabilized quickly. It's much more stable. However, our young kitten quickly became accustomed to the ball attached to the end of the feather - it didn't even last a week. and now I find strips of carpet from the underside of the pole strewn about our house as the kitten keeps tearing at the…

  • Perfect for outdoor activities

  • I keep calm
