Not the first time

You'll need a lot of reference material to even think about trying this. The instructions aren't very good, and the ones I found online aren't very clear either. It never worked for me so it sat in the box taking up space.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Security

Happy with these systems.

I also bought a 5303L and B4103L, all 3 work perfectly, I would only say buy an antenna for the 4003L, there is a connection to it. Sans has a very short range for remote launch. The 5303L has a very discreet alarm, doesn't trip on every breach and the remote starter has a decent range. I recommend buying a relay to raise the windows when the system is off.

Pros
  • Brings joy
Cons
  • Some errors

Excellent remote start

Excellent remote start unit. Works as it should. The programming is a bit cryptic, but I decided against buying a software module. WARNING - Do not buy this unless you are VERY GOOD with automotive electronic systems. Professional installation required. Installed on a 2006 Nissan Frontier by Import Intelligence Inc. Installation cost was $230.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Works as it should, installation is easy.

I installed this on my 2001 Ford Ranger. I already installed an Avital Keyless Entry 2101 years ago so I bought it to add to that. I wish I had done that sooner. There are many forums and guides to follow and MANY cables are not needed (in my app). I think I used less than half out of 24+ connections. It's an additional device and since I had already removed fobs.etc it's just associated with it. Keep in mind that if your car is equipped with an anti-theft device, you will probably need to…

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Not bad

Thanks for the tech support

Seems like a great product but I don't know yet. Before purchasing this product, I checked the manufacturer's website and it turned out that they have quite a bit of tech support. They even had links to YouTube tutorial videos etc. The videos were made by Avital's parent company, which also owns Viper and several other brands, the videos talk about vehicle specific wiring diagrams and other technical support resources. I bought two of these devices and was hoping to install them myself. After…

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • There are nuances
