Great customer service and excellent support

The ability to be able make changes in real time, without having someone there during that change or needing additional employees for this process saves money! It would have been nice if it didn't take so long before I could see my results after making any modifications - sometimes you don’t realize just how much work your system has until later when looking back at previous activities/changes made by others who had access prior to yours doing their thing with direct line toolset. Review : Fleet Management Software used daily

It's easy to use, it has great features for managing our fleet so we can keep track easily! The customer service team are amazing too - they always go above & beyond their call of duty in helping us out with any issues or queries that come up from time ttoime which I love :) Nothing really at this point but maybe you should have more options when creating your own reporting dashboard? Maybe make them customizable if there isn't already one like ours available?? We're solving problems such as…

Excellent Product & Customer Service

The customer service team was very helpful, direct contact with product developers made improvements to be easy for us, but it has many different versions that make tracking down issues difficult sometimes. I highly recommend this software - especially since our contract expired in April 2017! It gave us real time statistics so we could track where things were going wrong during peak times or slow periods. We have been able to implement solutions using the system and get immediate feedback…
