I liked that it was easy enough so non-technical people like myself could use this software without needing any training! The interface is super user friendly - there are lots options when posting an application which makes things easier than other sites we've used in our past. I like that my application is posted in multiple places at once - so it's not just one site posting my information. It also makes sure people see all posts from me through different channels! There are some sites where there seems to be an issue with the algorithm (I get no results). This can sometimes mean more work for us as we have to re-submit our info.
